Video: Texas Ranger outfielder Nelson Cruz hits longest homer of the year against the Angels

Texas Rangers outfielder Nelson Cruz is one strong man.  Check out the video below of his homer against the Angels yesterday afternoon in the seventh inning.

The pitch he hit off Angels reliever Bobby Cassevah went 484 feet and is the longest home run by a player this season. The two-run  homer came on a 3-0 count and gave the Rangers a 5-2 cushion over the Angels.

The Rangers went on to win the game 7-3 and the win snapped a four-game losing streak.
