A UCLA football player did a face plant while bowling during a team outing. Coach Jim Mora took his players to the bowling alley so the players could have some fun as they took a break from football activities.

49ers fan recites a passionate poem to Brent Jones

Here is a video sent to D Wizzle's World from a fan in San Francisco. The video is of former San Francisco 49ers' tight end Brent Jones at an autograph signing at Sports Authority at Stonestown Mall in San Francisco.

During Jones' appearance, a big fan of Jones and the 49ers stood right next to Jones and recited a very long and passionate poem about #84.

Jones seemed  both amused and embarrassed during the poem.  At the 3:45 mark of the video, Whitey Gleason from the sports talk radio station, The Game 95.7, motions the poet to wrap it up.

The poet doesn't let that stop him though as he goes on for a few more minutes until his poem is finally over.

If Jones needs a PR person, he will know who to hire.

Nicolas Batum punches Juan Carlos Navarro in the groin

Here is the GIF of the vicious groin shot by Nicolas Batum of France on Spain's Juan Carlos Navarro during an Olympics basketball game on Wednesday.

Batum used a closed fist to smack Navarro hard in the groin area. Batum was clearly frustrated and decided to take his frustrations out on Navarro.

Spain won 66-59.

Former WWE wrestler Sid Vicious appeared on the popular CBS reality show "Big Brother" as it was revealed that one of the contestants on the show is Vicious' son.

Vicious was also known as "Sycho Sid" in the WWE and was one of the more popular wrestlers back in the day.

7'3 Zhang Zhaoxu is a center for the Chinese men's national basketball team and before their game Sunday against Spain in the 2012 London Olympics, Zhaoxu did the Soulja Boy dance to hype up his teammates.

China was competitive for most of the game but Spain won 97-81.

MMA journalist takes a pic of Miesha Tate's backside at UFC 149?

During the UFC 149 post-fight  press conference Saturday night in Calgary, MMA fans watching the video feed online noticed a MMA media member taking a picture of what appears to be Miesha Tate's backside.

MMA fans were praising Tate's glutes all night long on Twitter when they saw her cornering her boyfriend Bryan Caraway in his fight on the prelims which was broadcasted on FX.

It's one thing for fans to admire the former Strikeforce champion's backside but it is clearly inappropriate for a credentialed member of the media to try to take a pic of Tate's anatomy when she is not looking.

I have covered many Strikeforce shows in the past and I have seen unprofessional behavior by credentialed media members quite often. I have seen media members drink alcohol at press row and cheer on their favorite fighters.

Take a look for yourself to see if you think the journalist took a picture of Tate's backside or not. The GIF is below and the video is as well.

The accused media member writes for a website called MMASucka.com and has denied taking the picture of Tate's behind. The writer also stated on a popular MMA forum that he has reached out to Tate to apologize and that he apologizes for his brief lapse of judgment.

CFL football player Chris Williams celebrates too early

During a CFL game on Saturday night between the Hamilton Tiger-Cats and Montreal Alouettes, Chris Williams of the Tiger-Cats ran back a missed field goal by the Alouettes' kicker for what he thought was a touchdown.

Unfortunately for Williams, he was celebrating his exciting return too early and got caught and tackled at the one-yard line.

The good news for Williams and the Tiger-Cats was that they won the game 39-24.

Video: Nolan Smith gets taken off in a stretcher due to foul by Zoran Drajic

Nolan Smith of the Portland Trail Blazers had to be taken to the hospital tonight by stretcher after he was fouled on a fast break by the Rockets' Zoran Drajic during a NBA Summer League game on Tuesday night.

Smith lost his balance a few seconds after the hit to the head by Drajic and fell down on the baseline.

The video of what happened is below as well as a second video of a brief argument between Royce White of the Rockets and Ekene Ibekwe of the Blazers. Coolers heads prevailed though and both teams headed off to their locker rooms.

UPDATE: Smith suffered a concussion and was released from the hospital the very same night.

Nastia Liukin falls off the uneven bars and does a face plant

Here is the video of former USA Olympian gymnast Nastia Liukin falling off the uneven bars and doing a face plant during the 2012 Olympic Trials in San Jose, California.

Liukin will most likely not make the USA team this year and go to the Olympics in London. She took a hard fall and composed herself immediately and went back on the bars again.
