Video of the blown call by Umpire Jerry Meals in the Atlanta Braves vs Pirates 19 inning game

Below is the video of the blown call at home plate by umpire Jerry Meals at the end of the Atlanta Braves vs Pittsburgh Pirates game tonight. The Braves' runner, Julio Lugo, was clearly out as seen in the video.

I guess Jerry Meals wanted to go back to his hotel room and either sleep or eat a meal since it was already 2am in Atlanta. Bud Selig should investigate this matter and suspend Meals.

There should be more calls for instant replay now too. Two videos of the wrong call below.

Kobe Bryant takes on Lil Bow Wow 1 on 1

Here's a video of Lakers' superstar Kobe Bryant taking on rapper Lil Bow Wow in a game of 1 on 1 for $1000 bucks. Of course Kobe destroys him and has his way with the very short rapper from Atlanta.

Bow Wow had no chance to beat Kobe and he didn't even wear shorts to play. I would destroy Bow Wow easily too but I would love to play Kobe 1 on 1 even if I have to fork over a thousand dollars.

Video:Texas Rangers' fan dies trying to catch a baseball from Josh Hamilton

Tragic story coming out of Texas tonight as a male fan of the Rangers was sitting near the outfield and tried to catch a foul ball thrown by Texas Rangers outfielder Josh Hamilton but he fell to his death trying to get the ball. It's even more sad since his young son was sitting right next to him.

You can see the video of the fan falling over the rail from the A's broadcast here.

Pre UFC 132 Thoughts and Questions

1. Is this the final fight of Tito Ortiz' career?

Dana White has already said that if Ortiz loses tonight to Ryan Bader, he is done in the UFC. Ortiz can't go to Strikeforce anymore since Strikeforce is now part of Zuffa.

I don't know how much money Bellator would have to cough up to get Ortiz and who knows if the new Pro Elite organization can afford Ortiz.

No one is giving Ortiz a chance tonight against the younger and stronger Bader. Bader is a -550 favorite in Vegas.

I would like to see Ortiz shock the world but I don't think it will happen. He will probably lose by decision and then thank the troops on this Fourth of July weekend.

White said that Ortiz has not won since 2006 but it's not like he has fought a lot of times and lost. Since 2007, he has fought once a year.

2. Will the main event between Urijah Faber and Dominick Cruz be entertaining and go all five rounds?

Both of these fighters are short and fast. Cruz can be very elusive and hard to hit. Neither of these fighters put on a great performance as far as entertainment value goes in their previous fight before tonight.

There is pressure on both Cruz and Faber to put on a good show because they are the main event. I don't know how much interest MMA fans have in this fight even though Faber is a very popular fighter.

Faber is immensely popular on Twitter with over 99,000 followers but is he a pay-per-view draw? Winning tonight and capturing the bantamweight title would make him more popular.

I don't know how many fans outside California care about the main event. Let's see if Faber and Cruz can give the fans a good battle.

3. Is Dong Hyun Kim a legitimate contender in the welterweight division?

Kim has been very impressive inside the octagon and he faces a stiff challenge tonight when he takes on Carlos Condit. Kim might be one more win away from a title shot if he can beat Condit.
