D Wizzle's EXCLUSIVE video of the San Francisco Giants clubhouse session with selected season ticket holders will be up next week.

Talking Sports with KNBR's Damon Bruce

D.Bruce with Alyssa Milano

D Wizzle is back again with another interview. This one is with the very funny Damon Bruce from KNBR. He is the host of the very popular Sportsphone 680 show weeknights from 7-10p.m. or after every Giants weeknight game. D.Bruce is also a proud graduate of Indiana University. Listeners enjoy his quick wit and funny remarks , along with his deep knowledge concerning the Giants and everything else sports related.

You and I disagree when it comes to fans leaving the ballpark right after Barry Bonds' last at bat of every home game. Why should they stay when the team's
play does not give them any reason to?

"I'm a bad fan because my team is lousy" ... you two really do deserve each other. I almost didn't participate in this based on your soccer mom approach to going to a game, but I continue.

Haha, that is the first time someone ever associated me with soccer moms. You always make your listeners laugh with your comments, especially when the Giants are playing bad. Do you try to be funny on purpose?

Funny never tries ... funny just is.

Do you think Indiana will have a winning record and make a bowl game this year?

Doubt it, but I got my fingers crossed, and believe we'll have some help from above. RIP Coach Hep!

How come you always get to interview cheerleaders and Warrior Girls?

Because they enjoy working with me as much as I enjoy working with them. Teams keep asking if I'd like a cheerleader in studio ... the answer is always yes.

Which team do you see winning the Big 10 this season?

Meeeeeeeeeshigan.

Many fans say Bud Selig is a disgrace to the sport while others say he is the one that has led baseball to record attendence figures and popularity along with
better revenue sharing and television contracts. What is your opinion on the commissioner?

If I were an owner, I'd care, but I'm a fan ... baseball is more important to me than profits ... he should be removed as commissioner and replaced with someone who's got a spine and some balls.

Be sure to listen to D.Bruce every weeknight on KNBR 680!

Analysis of Thursday MLB Action

The Mets destroyed the Brewers as Chris Capuano took the loss again. Capuano is now 5-8 after starting the season 5-0 and has not won in about 11 starts since his last victory. Ray Ratto, the San Francisco Chronicle and sometimes national columnist had him as a All Star candidate. I told Ratto that Capuano is inconsistent and he disagreed. Well, the numbers do not lie just like Shakira's hips. Capuano has not won since May 5!

The Giants won as Barry Zito pitched a solid game as I thought he would. The reason is he has a lot of friends in LA and wanted to have a good showing plus he probably wanted to stick it to Dodger fan and ex girlfriend Alyssa MIlano as well. ZIto is not as bad as his 8-11 record just as Noah Lowry is not as good as his 12-7 record. I believe Bonds will not hit any home runs until next week at home. I will be there next week until he hits it. Watch for more footage next week right here!

The Yankees lost 13-9 at home to the White Sox. Roger Clemens got booed off the field. The Yankees scored 8 runs in th 2nd inning to tie up the score at 8 but the White Sox eventually won this slugfest. The Yankees play Kansas City all weekend so they should sweep the series.

In San Diego, Jake Peavy pitched a great game as the Padres won 11-0 over Arizona. Arizona is in first place in the West and will face the Dodgers this weekend. Giants face the Padres
starting tonight as Cain faces Maddux.

In Florida, the Marlins lost again to the Rockies 4-3. I heard that there were only about 3,000 fans at the game!

Those are the hightlights of yesterday's action.

Ten Seconds with Alyssa Milano

Alyssa Milano was at the MLB Fan Fest in San Francisco signing autographs and promoting her new jewelry line "Touch." A fan waiting in line said " I go to a baseball fan fest and all I get is an autograph from an actress!!!"
I remember her as Samantha Miceli from "Who's The Boss" and also seeing her in Melrose Place. Security was at its worst that day. Two fat women were controlling the line and screaming to everyone that if we dared take a picture of the lovely Alyssa, our precious cameras would be confiscated and we would be removed from the line. Everyone had a good time making fun of the rude and scary women guards as we waited to worship Alyssa at her alter. Please notice the sarcasm! My brief moment with Alyssa consisted of her asking my name and saying "take care" and I told her to take care as well lol.
